Commitment and sticking to what you said you were going to do, is the thing that has the power to take your plan and your goals to the next level and make them a reality.
WHAT YOU GET:
Simply Nourished Accountability Coaching gets you access to a month of lifestyle transformation coaching. You'll get access to a health coaching application, managed by me- a place for us to keep in touch, share photos, ask questions, track your consistency and provide some friendly, tough love when it's needed.
Monthly Accountability + Motivational Coaching INcludes:
Ongoing nutrition support- Monday - Friday between 9am -5pm
Daily journaling and meal + goal tracking resources that you can share with your coach
1x 30-minute video conference check-in once a month to see how things are going, to re-evaluate and to discuss next steps.
Access to our own health app where we you can:
Track all your resources and health notes
Contact your coach for support and motivation
Log meals via a photo food journal and get live feedback from your coach
Set goal details and stay on top of them
A friend and cheerleader to be there for you as you work through implementing your plan.
