When you sign up for the Simply Nourished Lifestyle Renewal Program, you get more than just a coach -- you get a personal cheerleader who gets you. You get someone to hold you accountable to doing the things you said you wanted to do. You have someone to motivate you when you're having an off day and someone there for you whenever you have questions. You get a partner who has your best interest at heart and will support you every step of the way on your journey to health.
This 3 month program will hold you accountable to your goals. I will be working with you intimately on a regular basis-- keeping you on point and motivated.
By showing you exactly how to eat and supporting you in making key lifestyle changes that open up the gateways to embracing health and change in your life, the uniqueness of this program all lies in the accountability factor.
WHAT YOU GET:
A 2-hour initial assessment/consultation including:
- A thorough, current lifestyle assessment
- A 90 minute goal setting/strategic planning pow-wow
- A ton of customized information to get you started on the right track
- Recommendations on any vitamins, minerals or herbs that could help support you in achieving your goals
- After your consultation, you will receive an e-mail recapping our meeting with some professional advice on the best approaches for achieving your health goals in an organized, 100% custom tailored Wellness Guide.

- A Guide to Portion Controls
- Sample Meal Plans
- The Eat to Beat Fatigue Recipe Book (over 85+ pages of recipes)
3 Months of Extended Coaching (3x 30 min follow ups)
- 3 months accountability coaching + ongoing support with regular check-ins via our own wellness app
- Recipe and resources that I hand choose for YOU - your needs, your taste, your style!
- Unlimited text/email support Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
- Monthly recaps meetings to celebrate success, analyze setbacks and tweak our plan as necessary.
