WEEK 1: UNDERSTANDING THE HORMONAL INFLUENCE

In this workshop, you will gain a simplified understanding of the hormonal issues at play when it comes to burnout and how sex hormone imbalances can exacerbate symptoms. We will discuss:

  • Cortisol and the fight or flight response

  • How to understand the difference between when stress hormones are too high and too low and the different approaches required to correct

  • How the sex hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone + more) get influenced under stress and how to bring them back into alignment

  • The big picture foundations that can simplify any hormonal imbalance

  • How to get clarity if you need more information + what tests to consider

Week 2: NUTRITION FOR BURNOUT + Hormonal Correction

In this workshop, we will chat about how to use food as fuel and how to energize + replenish your body when you’re feeling very depleted.

  • The foundations to understand when it comes to eating

  • Macronutrients (carbs, fats, + proteins) — how to balance them at each meal to support your hormones

  • Micronutrients- understanding how vitamins and minerals are used and lost during burnout + how to replenish with food

  • Supplements support - what’s worth supplementing and what isn’t + a guide to herbs + nutrients for burnout

  • A discussion around all things coffee! The myths and truths you NEED to know.

WEEK 4: OPTIMIZE SLEEP + EXERCISE

In this workshop, we will discuss the crucial role of sleep and appropriate exercise when it comes to hormonal harmony and recovering from burnout.

What we will cover:

  • What to do if you’re having trouble with sleep

    • including supplements, dietary tips and recipes that can make a huge difference

  • How to optimize your sleep for hormonal repair

  • Why you might not be seeing results from your exercise routine

  • How to know if your exercise routine is supporting you or keeping you stuck

  • Most effective exercises for different stages of burnout

  • How to effectively track your progress and lots more!

In this workshop, we will discuss how the nervous system gets stuck in loops that contribute to burnout and can keep us from feeling at ease, calm and happy. This workshop is all about the very important mindset shifts we can make to help free ourselves from burnout for good and live a life that just feels better in SO many ways.
